Hi! My name is Melissa Berkowitz. I am a certified personal trainer and the Executive Director of the Body Wellness Family Fit Program. I provide professional personal training services for you in my home gym, in your home or clubhouse. I am based in the Boynton Beach/ Lake Worth/Wellington Area. The BODY WELLNESS FAMILY FIT PROGRAM sevices families all over Palm Beach County area.

Because I am a mother of two adorable boys, a healthy family is very important to me. My family incorporates exercise into our daily routine and even gets our Wheaten Terrier involved. I know that from being a single working mother it can be quite a challenge to get everyone's exercise in. Together we will combat the challanges of everday life and become successful in your fitness goals.

Monthly Pre-Paid Hourly Personal Training Package Rates:
- 4 sessions (once a week) = $60 per session
Total pre-payment of $240.
- 8 sessions (twice a week) = $55 per session
Total pre-payment of $440.
- 12 sessions (three times a week) = $50 per session
Total pre-payment of $600.
**A TRAVEL FEE applies (over 10 miles $15/15-20 miles $20 per session)

4O minute total body workout for $40. This program is twice a week for 8 sessions. The total monthly price is $320. That is a savings of $120 a month!
